We respect your right to control your data. If you would like to delete your Morse account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send us an email

Email us at team@morse.press with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm by email once complete.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently and irreversibly deleted:

  • Your account profile (name, email address)
  • Your publication (name, tagline, about)
  • All posts you have written (drafts and published)
  • Your publication's subscriber list

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period after deletion for legal and financial compliance reasons:

  • Payment & billing records — retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations (held by Stripe, our payment processor)
  • Anonymised analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be retained indefinitely
